Shipping and Returns

return policy

it’s okay stuff happens, if for whatever reason your items are just not quite right feel free to initiate your return. items must be returned within a 15 day period an item may be returned as long as it is still in its original condition and must meet the criteria below:

- all original tags must still be attached
- item must be in returnable condition (unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and odors, no makeup, hair, etc.)
- item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date

if the returned item(s) are in returnable condition and you’ve requested a refund, your refund will be equal to the price of the returned item(s), once your return has been processed. please allow for a minimum of 14 days for your payment to be processed. refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

returns will not be accepted for unwanted items after the 15 day return period.

*shipping on returns is paid by the customer.

final sale

final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.


exchanges

if you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.


faulty items

we’re human too. if for some reason you receive a defective or damaged item please contact info@ueso.com


packages

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages by mail couriers. if a problem occurs you will have to reach out directly to the courier to open a missing package claim with them. they will be able to better aid you in locating your package given that once your package leaves our facilities we have no further control over the situation.


shipping

we ship to the u.s. and other select countries. all shipping to the u.s. is free. international shipping is a $30 standard flat fee rate, this helps us cover customs and duties.  once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. if you have any other inquiries regarding your order and its status please email us at info@ueso.com

***if you accidentally input the wrong shipping address, please contact our team at info@ueso.com. we will try our best to find a solution. please bear in mind that as soon as an order is processed, we can’t make any changes.


processing & shipping times

please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. the estimated standard delivery time in the u.s. is 2-7 business days once shipped. expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout.
