it’s okay stuff happens, if for whatever reason your items are just not quite right feel free to initiate your return. items must be returned within a 15 day period. an item may be returned as long as it is still in it’s original condition and must meet the criteria below:

- all original tags must still be attached
- item must me in returnable condition (unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and odors, no makeup, hair, etc.)

if returned item(s) are in returnable condition and you’ve requested a refund, your refund will be equal to price of returned item(s) minus the cost of shipping, once your return has been processed. please allow for a minimum of 14 days for your payment to be processed.

returns can be initiated by emailing us at info@ueso.com.

if you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

please allow a minimum of 10 days for processing of your return. to make sure your item(s) are returned we suggest getting tracking for your parcel.

please allow for a minimum of 14 working days for your refund to be processed. refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.


orders are usually processed within 5 working days. we will send you a notification when your order has shipped. we do not ship orders on the weekends or bank holidays. if for some reason there is a delay with your order we will notify you as promptly as possible.

if you have already received an email stating that your order has been processed we can’t make any changes. you may want to call the local office of the courier to see if they can re-route or hold the package for you.

estimated standard delivery time in the u.s. is 2-7 business days once shipped. expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaged by mail couriers. if a problem occurs you will have to reach out directly to the courier to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better aid you in locating your package given that once your package leaves our facilities we no longer have control over what the carrier does with the package.

if you have not yet received an email confirmation that your order has been shipped please reach out to us at info@ueso.com for us to assist you. however, if it is too late to cancel your order please await the arrival of your package and return it.
